Autumn Vibes at S&R Orchard

Autumn is my favourite season, with all the orange and red leaves filling the streets. The cold crisp mornings. The warming sun during the day. It’s the perfect season. Any opportunity I can get to snap some pics of Autumn and I am there.

Located about 30 minutes east of the Perth CBD, S&R Orchard gives the perfect opportunity for some unique Autumn photos. They do other festivals throughout the year too. Check out their Instagram or website for more details. Entrance is $10 for adults and free for kids under 12 years.

We arrived at 8am which is the earliest you can get in and it was definitely worth it as the light was still fresh and new, not harsh and only a few other people were there. We spent about an hour walking through the orchard finding the props they had set up. As we were leaving the crowd was getting busier and we had to wait a while before getting in to one of the last props. So if you want to avoid as much of the crowd as possible, get there early.

Not only do they have the props, they also have some goats, chickens and rabbits you can pet, a tractor ride, plus a bunch of different food trucks and they have a fruit stall. They allow you to bring your dogs and you can bring your own picnic set up to enjoy a day on the orchard.

I loved the morning and would highly recommend checking it out if you can. I am looking forward to my next visit.
